Drawings 2007 - 2011
Not the architecture is the mother of all arts, but the art of drawing
is the fertile soil from which visual artists harvest.
The chalk, the felt-tip, pen, brush and ink, they are the uncomplicated
tools with which the artist can impulsively and quickly make magic of
the world he is dreaming of.
My drawings are being used to tell what I cannot say in steel, bronze
or paint. They are independent works which have come into being by impulsiveness
and the longing for experiment.
The subject is closely connected to the imaginations in my three-dimensional
works –so to speak it is a matter of mutual fertilization. |
